Pathetic service from RAIN SA's mobile data

I was hearing about RAIN and i thought let me give it a try. My experience so far is dissapointment.I ordered via Takealot and when trying to Rica ,i get stuck on live face recognition. This has been happening since Friday till now but you didn't take time to take money from my account. I tried calling ,you dont answer. I send a message to your support,no feedback. Please can you attend to this or refund my money back.
