Pathetic service from Rain SA - no network from Monday the 31-04-2025

I am down with my wifi from Monday evening. Despite numerous calls and online chats this problem has not been resolved.

Apparently this issue has been escalated to their critical team. They are so efficient that to date no one has made contact with me

Nobody can tell me what the issue is or what is the ETA.

Rain Sa i am paying for a service that is not being delivered. Please sort your **** out ...
