Pathetic Service From RAIN Internet Service Provider

Pathetic service received from Rain Internet Service Provider, their internet was hardly available for my household to use over the period of December 22 and January 2023, and they demand payment for the said months although I pay upfront (Pay as You Go ) and I don't remember getting into a credit contract arrangement with RAIN, furthermore, the service was hardly available thus motivation for me to discontinue using RAIN service, I still have the router at home which I can deliver to Rain offices in Branston or they can come collect from my house. Based on the abovementioned experience, I had to cancel my subscription to Rain The interesting part of this is that they keep on trying to debit my account almost every second day since the beginning of this month although I officially cancelled my understanding is that you pay upfront for the service and not the other way round, meaning that we cut ties if Rain doesn't get funds in my account, so there is no need for the user to even be able to access the services for the following month if I didn't pay for them.
