Pathetic service from Rain !!

Really pathetic service ! I’ve been in contact with one of rains customer care agents to assist in changing my billing date ! To this day nothing has been done. Not only has my billing date not been changed, rain no longer debits my account and on the 15th of every month I have to manually pay my wifi bill as they just cut my wifi off!
