Pathetic Service from Rain Consultant,

Ordered a package last week, The agent promised delivery in 2 - 3 days, until today , day 6 no delivery, no communication. I called Rain, and the consultant "promised " to go and speak to manager and call me back, and that was it , no call back. When l request a call back , as a new customer , they call immediately, once they have signed you up, they do not care. Absolutely shocking service from Rain , I regret signing up! Very sweet takers but pathetic service. Why promise call backs when you cannot deliver. Stop taking people for granted!!! I will definitely NOT recommend the service and will cancel the service immediately.
