Pathetic service from Rain

Worst service ever. Stay away! I’ve been trying to cancel for the past 3 months and have no joy as they still try and debit my account every month and also add to my bill all the time.

I had requested an immediate cancellation but it clearly seems that it hasn’t been cancelled. The SIM cards were being used by other family members. But I will pay for what has been used. I just need them to stop the service and allow me to pay for what I owe.
