Pathetic service from Rain and CCD couriers

I ordered a router on Tuesday and paid in full hoping that i will be able to connect and work over the weekend.

I received an sms from CCD to arrange delivery and their link is not functioning properly. They called me to arrange and the phone dropped. I then called several times to arrange for them to deliver the router but their consultants are useless no one could help. I have requested to collect the wifi tomorrow and been told they are not opened

All i want is the router to be delivered as soon as possible. I can not work without a router

So basically I am paying for the service I have not even received

Now CCD is telling me they can deliver on Tuesday

What nonsense is this
