Pathetic Service from Rain
The lack of service received from Rain is absolutely disgusting. There is no longer a Call Centre, and Online Tickets are never responded to.
After logging 2 Tickets in December 2020 for no Internet Service, and being promised feedback within 24 hours, I am yet to receive any form of feedback from Rain.
Today, I have a Download Speed of 0.20Mbps and Upload Speed of 0.05Mbps.
There is NO LOADSHEDDING that could be causing the issue, and all other useless suggestions on the website have been followed with absolutely no success.
What is the point of paying for a Service that is not being delivered.
