Pathetic service from Rain.

Pathetic service. Call centre does not know how to resolve issues. They do not know how to diagnose a problem and they lack basic knowledge regarding what documents are needed for a SIM swap. I have been disconnected for a month now only to be informed that my delivery has to be delayed yet again because the call centre did not inform me regarding the correct documentation needed by RAM. The RAM driver was very rude as well, phoning me to instruct me to send my ID to the gate of my complex- what kind of service is this? RAM driver lacked basic phone etiquette. I asked to be refunded for the entire period that my service was down. My ticket number is ***
