Pathetic Service from Rain

i have logged in so many complaints with this people and have gotten no joy from them. i mean what bull**** story is this that the customer care department is closed due to covid but every other call centre is opened. how the hell must we get any service from them. this is the 3rd day i have no internet. they need to refund me & i will find an alternative service provide as Rain is full of **** & i hope no one else signs up with them.
