Pathetic service from Rain.

Wish I could give a negative rating.

I have the 5G package with 4G fai*****, But for the last 3 weeks, every weekend the service goes down. I log a fault with then on the Rain App and get an automated email.

Not once do I get any feed back from these people.

Last ticket logged ***8, will probably to get any attention either.

But they are very willing to take my money and give a **** service in return....
