Pathetic Service from RAIN

I made a Bad mistake choosing Rain for Data services, they don't care about their Customers. My Network is always off but i am paying them monthly, raised this several times with their call centre and also on their Website nothing happens. They promised someone will call me from their Network dept no call was done, its been more than 2 weeks of struggling. I have now CANCELLED This RAIN. I though i will get a call from their Retention department no one called however they send me an email confirming cancellation clearly they have not interest in Customers.
