Pathetic service from Rain

I have being a subcriber of rain for 4 years now and then 5G came out and i got the premium and have being using this for the last year now, paying R999 a month. Now when they bring out a promotion for BUY ONE GET ONE FREE i wanted to upgrade my premium to this promotion and requested a call back last week tuesday, it is now monday a week later and i am told SORRY THE PROMOTION IS FINISHED NOTHING WE CAN DO. Person who said this is Nqobile. I am very ****ed off about this as it is not fair that i as a client be treated in such a manner like seriously and if somebody from the managment team doesnt call me back with a solution to this i will be removing my subscription on friday and going to a service provider along with my entire family who is connected to rain as i am the one doing the enternet for them all.
