Pathetic service from Rain

I have been having endless problems with Rain. Ticket number ***0, ***2,***5,***4. I have been calling Rain for the past month about their WIFI connection all trouble shooting that was advised failed hopelessly. Every time a called is logged all the staff can do is apologize and say they have forward to their network department. When asked what the turnaround time would be 24 hours. This issue has been going on for weeks. When asked to speak to a manager the call Centre staff always ask that the supervisor call you back which never happens. my last call with Fundiswa and I am still waiting for the manager/supervisor Ofenstse Kjalegi who eventually called back 2 hours later. This service is absolutely pathetic from Rain. Before you take out a monthly contract with rain check their service it sucks. Give your CEO this service so that he understands how your company is performing. To subscribe to your service it took 15 minutes. to resolve issues a whole month and still counting. should the rating be minus stars that's what Rain deserves. I n a completive industry MTN and Vodacom might be expensive but their service far surpasses Rain
