Pathetic service from Rain

Pathetic service. I cancelled my Rain subscription because I installed fibre in my unit and I had to go with a service provider who's infrastucture is installed in the complex. I have paid Rain for the month of November but they cancelled the service when the service should still be active untl the end of November. Rain is quick to disconnect when no payment is received but they cannot keep the service that has been paid for active for the month that has been paid for.
