Pathetic service from rain

My rain sim was canceled on the 8th of March as requested and have back to back emails as proof. I was assisted by a gentleman called Ntokozo.I also paid on that very day and amount that settled it. Fast forward 1st April I got billed… I don’t know for what… I’ve called numerous times, I’ve requested call backs but there isn’t any response from them. I’m more than agitated because I want my money back… I definitely would never recommend their services at all… to no one. Arg
