Pathetic service from Rain!!!!

I would like to bring to your attention that since December 2019 I have sent numerous emails to Rain regarding not having any service. Stated in my previous few emails, I reside in Lenasia South. I have not had any network since December 2019 and it is now February 2020. I have only managed to use the rain unlimited data whenever I had travelled out of Lenasia South.

Rain's service is absolutely pathetic and useless. I have had numerous live chats with you guys and was told the tower is down. It does not make any sense that for the past 2 months nothing was done about it to make sure that a customer was satisfied as not being able to use the unlimited service for 2 months going onto 3 months is ridiculously disgusting service from you guys.

The best part is that since December, I have not had a single reply to any of the emails I had sent other than the pathetic automated "A consultant will be in touch shortly". I am very disappointed and will soon enough cancel my Sim card if this ******* service does not improve. Every single live chat always ends in the standard "The tower is down, it will be repaired shortly". Guess what!!! I'm still waiting for your useless technicians to do their jobs properly and have the tower repaired for the last 2 months!!!

I was told by a consultant as per a telephonic conversation that had I not been able to use any data of the unlimited plan, I would be refunded my money as there is records that i have logged several complaints. Surprisingly so I have not been refunded any money whatsoever.

You guys are free to pull my usage stats and will see that during december i had used between 20 - 30GB of data outside of my area whereas in my area I can't even open Google to run a search. For January there is no usage as the same issue persists that i cannot open google to run a search let alone use the service to send a message. I am still waiting for the money to be refunded as all these issues will be posted on Hello Peter and 702 will hear about your pathetic service from Rain.

SORT YOUR DAMN SELVES OUT RAIN!!! I WANT 50% OF MY MONEY BACK FOR DECEMBER FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY SIM CARD IN MY HOME TOWN AND FOR YOUR PATHETIC SERVICE OF NOT REPLYING TO ME TILL TODAY AS WELL AS THE MONEY BACK FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY FOR WAITING ANOTHER MONTH FOR YOUR USELESS TECHNICIANS TO SORT OUT YOUR TOWER!!!
