Pathetic service from RAIN
I want to complain yet again about the client service obtain from Rain, I am currently working from home and experiencing next work issues , I promised by Kensani team leader support team that I will receive feedback within 2 hours this was at 9:28 am today 25/07/2024 and it is now 14:30 , do not support this service network, they are useless and pathetic , I am going to cancel my subscription with immediate effect , all they are concern with is sales and not client service
