Pathetic Service from RAIN

I requested my number be ported from Rain to Vodacom on the 25th of April. Keep in mind, I ported my number from Vodacom to Rain originally, so this was my number from the get-go. I received an SMS from Rain stating that it was approved and would take 24 hours to be finalized. 7 days later, and it is still not ported. I sent emails for assistance, and nothing. This place's service is non-existent. I can't understand why we have to accept pathetic service.
