Since last week I have been waiting for an agent from rain to contact me regarding my sim to rica and change the billing address. They have already taken my money no one is getting back to me all I get is an automated email saying an agent will get back to me. REF *** & *** I need someone to assist me today or my money needs to be refunded. Their phone lines are not evenworking, I am starting to think that this service provider is a ****

Good day Fattima

How long must one wait for an agent? 7 days ago I was given a turn around time of 24-48 hours. Can I rather be refunded my money and go to another service provider? Or must I rather report this to the Ombudsman? Seemingly your agents are way too busy.

I will be escalating this to the ombudsman should I not receive feedback by lunch time
