Pathetic service form Rain

Terrible service from Rain we changed to the 5g and it hasn't been working since the 5 of May Every call to the call center they say the tower is down it has been escalated But they will be quick to debit the full amount from my account but credit us for the down time Every day we complain and call and call They promise to call back and never do so The manager promised to call and hasn't called back Mr Francis Liphopoto Terrible pathetic service from Rain
