Pathetic service for an ISP
Absolute pathetic service. I got the 5G unlimited package and cancelled within 30 days as there is no 5G service at my home. .. despite their coverage map. Needles to say, they simply refuse to respond to my cancellation e-mails. So in stead of refunding me, they now deduct some arbitrary sum from my bank account.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

It's a month and nobody has contacted me.
Advice for anybody who cannot get to cancel ... Stop your bank card after your 1 month cancellation notice .. It will cost you only a couple of Rands to replace, but Rain can no longer use the card details to debit your account.
