Pathetic service

I ordered and paid for the r479 package and to date did not receive a tracking number, cant get hold of anyone one on call,mail or facebook that is really bad service and when the end of the month comes they will want to debit again and you did not even get a service at all

im still waiting, did not even get a sms or mail with tracking number and when i called RAM my details not on their system even and im not getting any response from any rain agent on fb,mail or support
