Pathetic service

My rain 5G home has been down since Friday 30 December. I have been calling rain since Friday morning, spoke to an agent who informed me that the tower in my area is down and a technician has been sent out. Saturday I called again only to be told no call was logged and no technician was sent out. No TAT can be given as to when this matter will be resolved... today is the 4th January. 6 days later and still no resolution or even feedback from Rain. I call everyday only to be told that the services will be back or b*ll****ed with some issue other than the actually problem and solution.
