Pathetic service

Rain service absolutely terrible,been struggling for over 3 months with network issues , every time i lodge a complaint I get a reference number and that’s where it ends. Up until today no response or any form of communication to resolve my issue what so ever,but 3 days before your payment is due they are quick to send 3-4 sms/whatsapp messages to inform that you can make payment and a payment reminder but when customer service is required it is no where to be found. I was promised that I would not struggle and will have worst case minimum 20mbps speed ALWAYS but that never happened.I explained to them before I signed up I had the same issue with the previous company and they promised that I will never have the issue with them but its actually worse. Will never recommend Rain as a service provider to anyone. There is absolutely no customer service and It’s shocking to see the don’t care attitude they treat the customers with.Absolutely pathetic!Almost 2 months now that im waiting for the technical department to come back to me with a solution.
