Pathetic Service

SO on the 25th of May 2021 my debit order was unsuccessful as I couldn't pay for my subscription due to personal reasons .I'm on their unlimited package for 479 .From about the 27th we couldn't access rain due to the fact that we didn't pay which I understand .Mind you Rain appreantly provides a month to month Service .However they have bridged their contract .Cause according to them I must pay for both May and June as they extended service without payment how is that possible who gave them permission to do so ?THEY ADVERTISE THAT ITS NOT A CONTRACT ITS A MONTH TO MONTH THING SO AS per my knowledge I had no service for June I should have any service cause I needed to pay for May so since when do they extend who gave them permission to extend without payment ?This is bull cause I will not be paying for June they need to fix this I will take this to the ombudsman
