Pathetic service

I have been struggling with connection for over two months. I've called customer service a lot of times and have been told to "reset" my router which has not worked. I was contacted by a "technician" who said he would come help on Tuesday at 08:30 but as expected did not show up with no explanation whatsoever. I would not recommend rain if you want internet that actually works.

I get that but have the towers been down for the past two months. I pay every month for a service I do not receive this is not on.
