PATHETIC SERVICE
It’s been 4 months and I am still waiting on Rain to correct my billing. This after they messed up and **** to me, admitted to lying, promised to fix the problem and adjust my instalment. The billing has still not been amended and I am being hounded for payment amounts NOT due by me.
How many more queries and texts and emails do I have to send before the matter is resolved?
The service is worse than pathetic. So much for being a loyal customer for more than 7 years.
