Pathetic service
My account is up to date, however I have no access to the internet. Despite calling their support team, nothing has been resolved for the whole day. I've been advised to reboot numerous times when they know exactly that the problem is on their side. I've never dealt with an unprofessional company like this that takes clients for fools. Time to move on.
