Pathetic Service
I ordered 2 rain 5g devices. The Sim cards were not activated after multiple support request I get 2 calls and both times I was told the issue will be resolved. Yet after 5 days rain hasn't activated my sim cards. Extremely pathetic service the agents that call don't know what's going on or how to help a client. I would never recommend any1 to order Rain rather go the fibre route and you won't have any issues.
As i write this review.. I still wait for rain to resolve the issue or refund me in full since I have not used thr service at all!!!!!

05 Sept 2022, 09:09Thank you for your response and the call I received few minutes ago. Yet again your service is pathetic. The consultant couldn't assist me and put me on hold for almost 10 minutes to get away from the call since she has no clue as to how to help resolve my issue.
