pathetic service

absolutely pathetic. They promise to call you and don't. They sent out a dasher who tried to help but could not. They stop replying to your e mails. I still dont have any 5G connection now for 3 weeks. I am paying for 5G but can use it. They say it is the area but other users in my complex don't have an issue. They also say that it is building ls that are blocking the signal yet i live on the 15th floor. They just don't care about you once you are signed up.
