Pathetic Service

An agent advised me to cancel 2 days prior to my debit. She said so know this won't be possible coz you can never get through to cancelations. I am now struggling to get my refund since Rain agreed to refund me. Whenever I call I am.never transferred to the cancelations department. Their service is really pathetic and they are a bunch of dishonest people.
