Pathetic service, disgruntled customer

Rain service : giving you a 1 star rating is too generous. I have to fight with my router just to get a decent output, and by decent I mean 2 mb. I am paying for a 10 mb line which I NEVER get to enjoy. You guys are ****, it is beyond frustrating to have to deal with this when my bills are always paid on time! Aside from that some of us have important work to complete and your ********** service doesn't make that any easier. Get your act together please either fix the issues you have or close down this pathetic place you call an "Internet service provider"
