Pathetic Service Delivery. Poor Connectivity

Continuous unresolved intermittent access. Empty promises of resolving the issue. I call at least twice a week with this problem and it is still not resolved. I spend nearly R700 a month for uninterrupted unlimited Wi-Fi but I am not getting what I am paying for. You are quick to hound me for payment and cut my access if my payment is a day late but you cannot fix my connectivity. This has been going on for months. I have been more than patient with your lack of service delivery and will find another service provider who will do better. I will not recommend your product or service. It’s a shame.
