Pathetic Service Delivery

I requested an upgrade to RainOne on the 2nd of Feb. On the 9th I did a follow up as I have not received the sim cards. I was promised delivery within 3 days. On the 20th I did a follow up again as I was still awaiting the delivery and I was promised urgent delivery by latest the next day. It is now another week later and I am still waiting. This is a huge fail on your side Rain!!! Pathetic to say the least!!!!
