Pathetic service
What pathetic customer service... Been trying to call them and their ivr keeps repeating the same thing and wanting me to re-enter my details... Took the router nd sim 27th, already on Monday they tried debit my account for R470.. They disputing that I selected the 25th as debit date. Which sane person would choose a date thats waaaay pass their salary... Fine then they suspended the line yet it has only been used for literally a week.. So what am I'm being billed for.. Paying R470 for a service that I have not used? Now I need to keep calling them to get a resolution and their lines are not going through

If you guys are saying you are using my debit order date that was registered in 2021,why then ask me to load a new debit order date when purchasing online? Why then are you not debiting my old account? It seems to me you guys are doing what is convenient to you and not the customer.. False adverti*****t is running here.. "buy now, pay later" is an utter lie.. Cause right now you are saying that I'm billed in advance, yet that's not the case on your adverti*****t

16 Oct 2023, 12:05Please note when I took the new deal it was based on the advert "use now, pay later". I will be taking this up with the ombudsman.. This is a new deal, under new details. Hence I captured everything that is new. If you are using my 2021 details then stop attempting multiple debits on a new account.. Stick to the old details.. Each "sale/contract" has new rules.. According to your selling point, it's now "use now, pay later". Clearly you expect me to pay for a service that I have not used.. I'm definitely taking this further
