Pathetic Service

It’s been over a month awaiting for my refund after numerous attempts nothing has been done to date all am getting is empty promises from Rain. It’s draining to be running after your money like this it’s pure thievery. I will not stop until I get my refund I was told they’d come and collect their router to date I’ve not received any communication from Rain am beyond appalled by this 😡😡😡
