Pathetic Service

I have never experienced such pathetic service from an internet service provider who professes to be one of the best in the market. I logged not a query but numerous tickets since 22 December. I am still waiting for "networking" to contact me. I have called in to speak to someone superior and get "instructed" to give my ID number to CONSULTANT as management cannot speak to me.
