CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL MY CONTRACT. IVE NEVER BEEN MORE FRUSTRATED. I AM CURENNTLY ON A CALL WOTH NKULULEKO IN SALES WHO HAS PUT ME ON HOLD FOR THE LAST 20 MIN TO FIND SOMEONE TO HELPME. REALLY 20 MIN . IVE BEEN STRUGLING WITH RAIN SINCE LAST WEEK MONDAY NO RESPONSE WHATS SO EVER I HAVE LOGGED CONTLESS TICKETS I HAVE CALLED THE CALL CENTRE NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AND HELPING ME. I WANT MY CONTRACT CANCELLED IMMEDIALTLY SO I CAN GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER , I NEED TO WORK FOR A LIVING AND NOT PLAY THE FOOL LIKE THE CONSULTANT WHO STILL HAS ME ON HOLD AND IT IS 30 MIN.TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW PLEASE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE UP RAIN WIFI , THEY FAST TO NOBOARD NEW CLIENTS BUT DONT GIVE AFTER SALES SERVICE.
