Pathetic service!

The service at rain it absolutely ridiculous. I have phoned in 5 times today only to be on hold for approximately 10 min every time. Our payment was never allocated so i had to send a proof of payment to them so thatvthey could re-actove my connection. Only to get home 2 hours later and still be without internt!

I have had a call center agent put a phone down in my ear, one who couldnt wait to get me off the line. And one who promised to fone me back and i still havent heard anything!

If this is the service i will be paying for you can keep it!
