Pathetic service

Received Sim Friday. Was told it would be activated within 24 hour... To date nothing has been done. Been on chat since, the service from the consultants is so sickening cause it seems like they don't know what they are doing. They speak a different language all of them. Come month end, 250 is taken from one's account. Honestly, cheap things are the worst
