I contacted Rain and spoke to a lady by the name of Zandile on the 09/04/2022 to change my package plan from R699 to R499 monthly how ever i did get any help. on the 25/04 i called again and spoke to Lebogang regarding the same matter still is the same no assistance and today i called again and did speak with Vivian who told me that she wont help me i must just write my consent to their survey and they will see what to do and she also gave me a ref number :***.
