Pathetic service😡

I had a 4g sim with Rain and it was a pas as you use, then on 11 May 2023 I sent a cancelation via email after paying my balance and received a ref number, but it was never actioned by Rain and I never followed up. In September 2023 I got an sms stating that I was in arears and need to pay a certain amount, I called and can't remember the guy's name, I think it was Siphiwe, I asked him why do I have such a huge balance after having sent a cancelation and he said to me he will follow up, and he also mentioned that Rain no longer offer Pay as you use service but since July you pay a fixed monthly subscription. I never signed for that nor anyone notify me of such and I agreed. I told him to cancel my sim, that was the second time. After the call I got an email stating that they can't do an upgrade before I settle the balance, I responded to that email with another cancelation and I got an auto response with the reference number. Till today the cancelation has not been actioned and now I receive smses with final demands of more than R5000.00 that I must pay. Hell no, in my grave I will pay that money, Rain you ignored me 3 times and fix this.
