Pathetic Service

Pathetic service, I bought a new sim card and tried to activate it online as mentioned on their website, I submitted all the required docs and paid upfront with my credit card nothing happened for 3days, tried calling them the call center was down, tried sending an email no-one rep****, also tried the webchat didn't get in touch with them.
