Pathetic service!!!

I have been without internet connection for 2 weeks now and no feedback has been given to date, their staff is clueless about what is happening. I spoke to Banele who couldn't even explain what is wrong with the tower and their useless manager Ricardo can't even keep his word and respond to emails or even provide feedback on what is happening, he is just just as clueless as his staff. DO NOT USE THIS ISP!!!!
