pathetic service

I am utterly dismayed by Rain's abysmal service. Despite the platform's insistence on a minimum one-star rating, I find it impossible to assign that level of satisfaction. Rain consistently fails to address my queries, leaving me stranded with interrupted service while they diligently deduct my debit order without fail each month. This level of disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable and downright pathetic.
