Pathetic Service
ive called in 3 times on the support number every time a lady answered and i advise that i am paying for a 50mbps line and only getting 10mbps on my download spead..i call in for support and get a call dropped in my ear! this is unacceptable service and support from Rain we are paying for absolutely nothing ive never experienced such pathetic service and wifi .
