Pathetic Service

The service I am recieving is ridiculous. Why is my sim still not active? After numerous emails and phone calls since Friday 5 February 2021 I am still not connected. The only reason I chose Rain was because of apparent quick activation and connection...WHAT A LIE! Even the so called feedback I am reading on all the forums from Rain is a joke. Quick to take money for your order but absolutely no client service whatsoever.
