Pathetic service
Rain has such a pathetic service ever. I activated my account this morning 17th October 2022 since this morning I am still not connected. it is saying no internet, every time when I call they tell me that I must wait for the call. How do you stay the whole day without being connected. This is really pathetic, I regret taking up rain

18 Oct 2022, 09:32I still don't have internet and I have been waiting for Manager Patience Dube to call. The call centre agent I was talking to said she will cll in in 10min and that was at 8:52am.
I would never recommend rain to anyone because Rain does not care about their customers
