Pathetic Service
I have made a complaint or raised a request for help on 12 October, midday with Ref *** and have not heard from them since, its almost 3 weeks now and no difference to service:
My internet speed is at 1MBs or lower and has not improved for over 3 weeks now. This is really pathetic service now
